Job summary

Raffles Al Areen Palace Bahrain is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead the operation of the luxury restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, financial performance, and operational excellence.

You will oversee daily dining service, maintain Banyan Tree luxury standards, drive revenue, manage a talented team, and collaborate with Executive Chef and F&B leadership to maximize opportunities. Fluency in English required; pre-opening experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or equivalent in a luxury setting.
• Strong knowledge of premium dining operations and luxury guest service standards.
• Proven experience managing teams and driving operational performance.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and revenue targets.
• Experience in pre-opening environments is an advantage.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English; additional languages are beneficial.
