Accor, via Raffles Al Areen Palace Bahrain, seeks a Restaurant General Manager to lead the restaurant’s daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, commercial performance, and operational excellence.

You will manage a luxury service team, maintain high standards of hospitality, and drive guest satisfaction while coordinating with the Executive Chef and F&B leadership to optimize revenue and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant Restaurant Manager, or Restaurant General Manager within a luxury hotel, resort, or high-end restaurant environment.
