Qualifications

• Experience managing luxury hotel F&B operations and a high-end restaurant environment.
• Proven ability to drive service excellence and guest satisfaction.
• Strong budgeting, cost control and revenue-generation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure high-quality service and guest satisfaction.
• Lead and develop the restaurant team, promoting a high-performance culture.
• Drive revenue, control costs and monitor financial performance against budgets.
• Ensure food safety, HACCP and compliance with local regulations.
• Collaborate with Executive Chef and F&B leadership to maximise opportunities.
