Job summary

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts is seeking a Guest Service Agent for the Residential Services Team at Four Seasons Private Residences Bahrain Bay. You will greet residents by name, assist with luggage, coordinate with the Residence Concierge, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere in the lobby.

The role requires hospitality experience, excellent English communication, and physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift light loads. A professional demeanour and high service standards are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in bell/guest services in hospitality is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greets residents and guests warmly; assists with inquiries and directions.
• Assists with luggage, transportation, deliveries, and daily needs of residents.
• Maintains lobby and common areas; supports Concierge and Residence teams.
• Answers calls at the Concierge Desk; relays messages and arranges services.
• Supports in-residence dining requests and special events as required.
