Four Seasons Bahrain Bay is seeking a courteous Guest Service Agent for the Residential Services Team. You will warmly greet residents, assist with luggage, and coordinate services from the bell stand.

Responsibilities include handling deliveries, supporting arrivals and departures, and guiding residents with local information and Four Seasons amenities. Flexibility for shifts and a strong hospitality mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year bell/guest services experience in a hospitality environment.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and maintain a professional demeanor.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests at the bell and concierge areas and provide assistance.
• Assist with luggage and transportation needs for arrivals and departures.
• Handle deliveries, parcels, and in-residence amenities per procedures.
• Provide accurate information about local area and Four Seasons services.
• Coordinate with Residence Concierge for timely task completion.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby and bell stand.
• Use IT systems to support guest services and resident requests.
