Job summary

AccorHotels in Bahrain is seeking a skilled In-Villa Dining Supervisor to lead the luxury in-room dining team during shifts, ensuring exceptional guest experiences. You will greet guests, present and serve meals, and respond to inquiries with upsell opportunities while maintaining sanitary routines and safety standards.

You will also drive operation efficiency by coordinating tasks, training junior staff, and supporting other F&B outlets as needed.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years luxury in-room dining experience
• Minimum 1 year in a supervisory or captain role
• Excellent English communication skills
• Additional languages are a plus
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work outdoors
• Professional grooming and guest discretion

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the In‑Villa Dining team during shifts
• Greet guests and provide professional, personalized in-room dining service
• Set up, present, and serve meals according to standards
• Respond to guest enquiries and upsell where appropriate
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of trolleys, workstations and equipment
• Follow food safety and HACCP standards at all times
• Report guest feedback, complaints, and irregularities to management
• Support other F&B outlets during busy periods as needed
• Safely operate and drive a buggy for timely delivery and collection of orders
• Coordinate Destination Dining setups and create memorable experiences
• Train, coach and mentor junior waitstaff
• Coordinate daily tasks and ensure timely service delivery
