Job summary

Virtuthinko is seeking an IT Sales Specialist in Bahrain to identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and translate technical solutions into business value. The role requires understanding of cybersecurity, cloud, managed services, and IT infrastructure, with strong communication and negotiation skills.

You will manage end-to-end sales cycles, deliver compelling proposals, and collaborate with delivery teams to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in IT sales, technology sales, business development, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of IT products, solutions, and services.
• Experience selling B2B technology solutions is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and market research.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Understand clients’ business and technology requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions.
• Promote and sell IT solutions and services, including managed services, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, IT infrastructure, software, and professional services.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, quotations, and solution overviews.
• Coordinate with technical and delivery teams to ensure proposed solutions meet customer requirements.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and qualification through negotiation, closing, and handover.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technology solutions.
• Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to achieve targets.
• Participate in exhibitions, networking events, conferences, and other business development activities.
