Job summary

EuroTech in Muharraq, Bahrain, is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to drive revenue by meeting targets and building strong client relationships. You will conduct market research, present our products or services to prospects, follow up on leads, and close deals.

The role requires English fluency (Arabic a bonus), strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently or in a team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
• Must be fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is a bonus).
• Must have a valid visa for working in Muharraq.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and identify potential customers.
• Make cold calls or visit clients to present our products/services.
• Follow up on leads and close sales deals.
• Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
• Prepare sales reports and keep track of sales metrics.
• Participate in marketing events or campaigns to promote our products/services.
