Job summary

ACCOR in Bahrain is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead daily operations, ensure spotless room cleaning and public areas, and deliver exceptional guest experiences through strong attention to detail.

You will supervise the housekeeping team, train staff on safety and standards, coordinate with other departments, and uphold ACCOR's commitment to quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction in a dynamic hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Relevant Experience: Proven experience in a housekeeping supervisory role within hospitality, with strong understanding of operations and service standards.
• Leadership & Team Management: Ability to motivate, coach and manage a diverse housekeeping team.
• Attention to Detail: High standards of cleanliness, hygiene, presentation and guest satisfaction.
• Communication Skills: Excellent English and Arabic communication with guests and teams.
• Problem-Solving & Decision-Making: Identify challenges and resolve them promptly.
• Organizational Skills: Plan and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient workflow.
• Quality & Service Focus: Maintain hotel policies, health and safety requirements.
