Accorhotel is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to lead and elevate the resort's housekeeping operations, ensuring spotless rooms, efficient laundry, and pristine public areas. You will drive standards, coach a high-performing team, and partner with other departments to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field, with a proven track record in housekeeping leadership, preferably in a resort.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading housekeeping teams, preferably in a resort.
• Strong leadership and people-management capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain high cleanliness and safety standards.

• Ability to oversee operations, budgeting, and inventory controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the housekeeping team, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork and attention to detail.
• Oversee day-to-day housekeeping activities including room cleaning, laundry and public area maintenance.
• Implement and maintain rigorous quality control measures to achieve cleanliness and hygiene benchmarks.
• Efficiently manage housekeeping supplies, equipment and inventory within budget.
• Conduct regular training sessions for housekeeping staff on best practices, safety and service.
• Proactively address guest concerns related to housekeeping to ensure a positive stay experience.
• Collaborate with other departments and communicate effectively to support a seamless guest experience.
