Job summary

Accorhotel is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead a team, ensure daily cleaning quality, and maintain high guest satisfaction. You will supervise room cleaning, public areas, and laundry operations with a focus on efficiency and safety.

You will train staff, monitor standards, handle guest concerns promptly, and collaborate with the Housekeeping Manager and other departments to deliver a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in a housekeeping supervisory role within the hospitality industry, with a strong understanding of housekeeping operations and service standards.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate, coach, and manage a diverse housekeeping team.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness, hygiene, presentation and guest satisfaction.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Arabic, with guest, team, and interdepartmental coordination.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Supervise and lead the housekeeping team with coordination, motivation and adherence to standards.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day housekeeping operations including room cleaning, laundry and public areas.
• Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor quality control to meet or exceed guest expectations.
• Training and Development: Conduct regular training on best practices, safety and customer service.
• Inventory Management: Manage supplies, equipment and inventory to meet needs and budgets.
• Guest Interaction: Address guest concerns related to housekeeping promptly and professionally.
• Communication: Collaborate with the Housekeeping Manager and other departments for a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership Supervise and lead the housekeeping team ensuring effective coordination motivation and adherence to established standards
