Qualifications

• Relevant Experience: Proven experience in a housekeeping supervisory role within hospitality, with strong understanding of operations and service standards.
• Leadership & Team Management: Ability to motivate, coach and manage a diverse housekeeping team.
• Attention to Detail: High standards of cleanliness, hygiene, presentation and guest satisfaction.
• Communication Skills: Excellent English and Arabic communication with guests and teams.
• Problem-Solving & Decision-Making: Identify challenges and resolve them promptly.
• Organizational Skills: Plan and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient workflow.
• Quality & Service Focus: Maintain hotel policies, health and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the housekeeping team to ensure coordination and standards.
• Oversee room cleaning, laundry, and public areas maintaining cleanliness and hygiene.
• Implement quality control measures to meet guest expectations.
• Conduct regular training sessions on best practices, safety and service.
• Manage supplies, equipment, and inventory within budget.
• Address guest concerns related to housekeeping promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping Manager and other departments for seamless guest experience.
