• Minimum 5–8 years of Hotel Manager experience in a luxury 5-star hotel or resort.
• Proven track record in revenue growth GOP improvement profitability and business performance.
• Strong expertise in luxury operations, LQA standards, brand compliance and guest experience.
• Excellent leadership skills in team development, Heartist engagement and succession planning.
• Strong commercial acumen in strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting and stakeholder management.
• Previous experience in the Middle East luxury hospitality market, preferably Bahrain or the GCC region.
• Proven ability to manage operational challenges, drive continuous improvement and maintain high standards of service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Company Description

• A Master s degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration (MBA) is an advantage.


• Relevant professional qualifications in hospitality management or executive leadership are desirable.

• Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
