Responsibilities

• Deliver brand-specific customer experiences in Front Office and, at times, in Food & Beverage.
• Organise the ‘work area’ to deliver brand-specific customer service from welcome to goodbye.
• Deliver exceptional customer service in all shifts and enrol Hilton Honors members.
• Demonstrate awareness of guest priorities, anticipate needs, build rapport and resolve guest problems quickly.
• Close guest transactions on FO effectively, solicit feedback, and deliver a memorable goodbye.
• Stay up-to-date with guest feedback (SALT, Social Media).
• Attend mandatory Food & Beverage service trainings to be ready for shifts in F&B.
• Duties of a FO Host when scheduled to work in F&B may include taking orders, delivering food/beverage, and clearing tables.
• Execute duties as assigned by the Guest Operations Manager, FO Team Leader and Supervisors.
