Job summary

Hilton Bahrain is looking for a Waiter/Waitress to join our Food and Beverage team in a full-time capacity. You’ll deliver food and beverage with warmth, learn menu details, take orders, and ensure guest satisfaction in a dynamic hotel setting.

As part of the Hilton team, you’ll maintain station cleanliness, comply with health and safety standards, and contribute to a welcoming dining environment that reflects our renowned hospitality.

Qualifications

• A passion for hospitality and guest service.
• Ability to learn menu items, promotions and specials.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Delight our guests with a friendly, upbeat attitude and proactively enhance their dining experience.
• Master the menu and be able to answer questions confidently.
• Take food and beverage orders, input into POS, and deliver orders promptly with attention to detail.
• Maintain a fully stocked, clean and organized food service station.
• Comply with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness regulations.
