Job summary

Hilton Bahrain is seeking a passionate Front Office Host to deliver brand-specific guest experiences, primarily in the Front Office and also in F&B. You will organize the work area to ensure smooth service from welcome to goodbye and enroll Hilton Honors members.

You will deliver exceptional service across all shifts, anticipate guest needs, build rapport, resolve issues quickly, and contribute to team briefs and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Deliver brand-specific guest service in Front Office across all shifts (early, late, night) and welcome guests with a warm, memorable goodbye.
• Organize the work area to ensure efficient, compliant operations and smooth guest transactions.
• Enroll Hilton Honors members and recognize repeat guests to enhance loyalty and satisfaction.
• Anticipate guest needs, build rapport, resolve problems quickly, and communicate effectively with team members.
• Contribute to pre/post shift briefs, learning sessions, and hotel huddles to apply learnings next day.
• Support colleagues in housekeeping, F&B service, and stewarding as workload demands.
• Volunteer for company campaigns like Travel with Purpose or TM committees.
