Job summary

Faceki is seeking a Senior Growth Manager to own the growth strategy across acquisition, conversion and retention. You will lead data-driven experiments and collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and strategy teams to drive pipeline and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of user acquisition experience in B2B growth.
• Demonstrated track record of results with campaigns and plans.
• Analytical, able to run A/B tests, forecast growth, and analyze data.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute growth strategy with CRO, aligning to business goals.
• Analyze acquisition and retention, research customers, test insights.
• Improve paid ads, SEO, affiliates and email marketing to drive CAC/LTV.
• Improve messaging, pricing and UX to boost conversions.
• Drive customer retention to lower churn and increase LTV.
• Measure CAC, MRR and LTV using GA, GTM, Data Studio and Segment.
• Coordinate roadshows locally and internationally.
• Lead Sales & Marketing teams and own KPI accountability.
