Job summary

AMAN is hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to own the end-to-end digital funnel—from demand creation through to qualified pipeline and revenue impact. Location: Manama, Bahrain. Role is permanent, focusing on the MENA region and global expansion.

You will lead multi-channel growth campaigns, ABM, and analytics, while collaborating with Sales and regional teams to optimise lead quality, conversion and ROI. Strong HubSpot expertise and CRO experience are required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Growth Marketing / Demand Generation roles.
• Experience operating across regions; MENA experience essential.
• Comfortable in a scale-up environment: pragmatic, curious, accountable.

Responsibilities

• Own the digital demand engine: awareness → engagement → MQL → SQL → pipeline.
• Design, plan and execute multi-channel growth campaigns aligned to revenue targets.
• Partner with Sales to improve lead quality, deal velocity and conversion.
• Support regional growth initiatives across sectors and regions.
• Own ABM planning and cross-functional collaboration.
• Own HubSpot as a revenue engine; build dashboards, attribution.
• Drive website performance as a conversion asset; CRO and SEO in B2B.
• Translate insight into landing pages, offers, flows and CTAs.
• Bring strong understanding of MENA market and regional nuances.
