Job summary

Base360.ai is seeking a growth marketer to help us reach B2C brands and convert attention into signups, leads and customers. You may own a single channel or manage multiple channels, including paid ads, SEO, outbound, content, lifecycle, and funnels.

This hands-on, entrepreneurial role rewards experimentation, rapid learning, and building the growth engine with AI-powered tools. You’ll work closely with the founder on positioning and messaging and rely on data to tell the story.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to own growth channels end-to-end.
• Comfort with experimentation and rapid learning.
• Strong data interpretation and storytelling skills.
• Experience with AI-enhanced marketing tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own one or multiple growth channels from strategy to results.
• Generate leads and signups across paid, SEO, outbound, and referrals.
• Run fast experiments and scale what works.
• Use AI to improve research, copy, targeting, and automation.
• Build high-converting funnels and landing pages; track metrics.
