Job summary

Talabat is expanding its operational footprint and seeks an Admin to join the team and drive growth for our tMart cloud store initiative across the region, including Bahrain. The role focuses on content updates, product listings, price changes and promotional activities to maintain accurate data across markets.

You will coordinate master data with suppliers, handle barcodes and descriptions, and generate performance reports for internal teams.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in data recording or admin
• Detail-oriented and structured with good prioritization
• Ability to interact with senior-level executives and manage multiple stakeholders
• Curious learner who stays adaptable and enjoys daily learning
• Strong analytical and communication skills with hands-on tool usage

Responsibilities

• Content management: oversee updates, listings, price changes and promotions
• Check and upload weekly images in Talabat App
• Update barcodes, cost prices and descriptions per operations
• Maintain master supplier file with product data, descriptions and images
• Update Google Sheet for barcode, price and description changes
• Maintain country's assortment and Google file
• Generate and analyze product and supplier performance reports
• Update supplier agreements and manage contract processes
• Coordinate team scheduling to support operations and workforce efficiency
