Job summary

Advanced Search seeks a Senior Category Manager to grow our Grocery Store tMart, region's first cloud store concept offering 30-minute delivery at hypermarket prices. The role spans Kuwait, UAE, Qatar, Jordan, Bahrain, Egypt, Oman and Iraq.

You will lead development and management of multiple product categories, build and guide cross-functional teams, and interact with senior executives to align stakeholders. English is mandatory; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in progressive development and management of multiple product categories.
• Experience building teams and leading cross-functional projects at scale in large retailers (FMCG).
• Detail-oriented, structured, and able to prioritize; delivers solutions, not bottlenecks.
• Willingness to do what’s necessary for project success, including warehouse floor work or customer calls.
• Strong interaction with senior-level executives and multiple stakeholders.
