Job summary

talabat is seeking a Store Leadership role to grow our tMart grocery service, delivering groceries in as little as 30 minutes at hypermarket prices. You will oversee end-to-end store operations, lead a team, and ensure inventory accuracy and excellent customer service in Bahrain and the region.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of supermarket/restaurant operations experience, strong communication, and intercultural skills, with fluency in English and Arabic being highly advantageous.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in supermarket or restaurant.
• Strong communication skills and hands-on approach.
• Intercultural and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Operate store during shift and oversee end-to-end operations.
• Manage staff, scheduling, and daily routines.
• Handle ordering, inbound receiving, and stock replenishment.
• Oversee inventory, stock takes, and cycle counts.
• Ensure hygiene, safety, and service standards during shifts.
