Wyndham Hotels & Resorts EMEA in Manama is seeking a Front Desk Agent responsible for greeting and registering guests, providing outstanding service during their stay and settling accounts upon departure.

You will perform check-in/check-out, answer calls, handle reservations, and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction. Night audit experience and Opera knowledge are highly valued.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years of progressively responsible hotel experience required; Opera knowledge highly preferred.
• Night audit experience is a must.
• Be familiar with hospitality terminology.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and welcome all guests at the Front Desk.
• Perform front office duties (check-in/check-out, answer phone, take reservations).
• Coordinate room status updates with housekeeping.
• Coordinate guest room maintenance with engineering/maintenance.
• Sell rooms and promote hotel services.
• Balance cash drawer at start/end of shift.
