Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, Inc. in Manama seeks a Front Desk Agent responsible for greeting and registering guests, delivering outstanding service throughout their stay and settling accounts at departure. The role requires a High School diploma and 2–3 years' progressive hotel experience with Opera knowledge; night audit experience is a must.

English is required. The position is on-site with a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• A minimum of 2 to 3 years of progressively responsible experience in a hotel or related field is required, with knowledge of Opera being highly preferred.
• Night audit experience is a must.

Responsabilités

• Greeting and registering guests.
• Providing outstanding guest service during their stay and settling the guest's account upon completion of their stay.
