Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily front-of-house operations in Bahrain, ensuring exceptional guest service. You will manage staff schedules, train junior team members, resolve complaints, and collaborate with the kitchen and BOH teams on promotions and upselling.

You will lead bar inventory, monitor service quality, and uphold hygiene standards while supporting the team during peak hours and busy shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage FOH staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
• Train and support new and junior staff in service standards and procedures.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Monitor and manage bar inventory, placing orders as needed.
• Coordinate with Head Chef and BOH team on new menu items and promotions.
• Lead upselling initiatives to maximize revenue.
• Ensure smooth daily operations and maintain high service quality.
• Enforce hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards in all service areas.
• Support FOH team during busy shifts and lead by example.
