Job summary

Client of Domo Ventures W.L.L. seeks a Restaurant Supervisor in Bahrain to oversee daily front-of-house operations and ensure excellent guest service.

You will manage staff schedules, train team members, resolve guest issues, and work with the Head Chef and BOH on promotions and bar initiatives. Key duties include monitoring bar inventory, leading upselling efforts, and maintaining high hygiene and service standards during busy shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience as Restaurant Supervisor or similar role.
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage FOH staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
• Train and support new and junior staff in service standards and procedures.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Monitor and manage bar inventory, placing orders as needed.
• Coordinate with Head Chef and BOH team on new menu items and promotions.
• Lead upselling initiatives to maximize revenue.
• Ensure smooth daily operations and maintain high service quality.
• Enforce hygiene, safety and cleanliness standards in all service areas.
