Job summary

NextSolutions, a reputable restaurant in Dar Kulaib, Bahrain, is seeking a dedicated Restaurant Manager for a full-time role. The position offers a salary of 1200$ per month with accommodation provided.

You will oversee daily operations, manage staff and finances, implement policies, ensure high food safety and service standards, handle customer complaints, and drive sales through smart marketing. Fluent English required, weekends possible.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Fluent in English and knowledge of food safety regulations.

Responsibilities
