Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in restaurant management (Fine Dining)
• Strong leadership and people skills
• Extensive F&B knowledge and product memory for guests and staff
• Familiarity with restaurant management software

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations
• Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
• Respond to customer complaints efficiently and accurately
• Organize and supervise shifts and appraise staff performance
• Forecast needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products
• Ensure sanitation and safety regulations are followed
• Promote the brand locally through events and social media
• Train new and current employees on customer service practices
• Implement policies to maintain future restaurant operations
