Job summary

Four Seasons Bahrain Bay is seeking a Restaurant Director to lead a signature Asian restaurant and luxury lounge. The role oversees front-of-house operations, guest experience, and revenue growth, maintaining high standards of service, quality, and hospitality excellence.

You will build high-performing teams, manage budgets and forecasts, and collaborate with culinary and marketing teams to deliver exceptional dining experiences for guests and VIPs in a luxury hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field required.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive leadership in luxury hospitality or fine dining.
• Experience managing multiple outlets or high-volume operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership for the restaurant and lounge, aligning with luxury standards.
• Drive guest experiences through personalized service and proactive recovery.
• Develop and execute strategies to maximise revenue, profitability, and market position.
• Lead and develop management and line teams to achieve excellence and growth.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, labor management, cost control, and performance metrics.
• Lead recruitment, training, and performance reviews to elevate team capability.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with culinary, beverage, and marketing teams to deliver innovative dining experiences.
