Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• 5-8 years of leadership experience in luxury hospitality or premium beverage operations.
• Proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, and revenue generation.
• Extensive knowledge of spirits, wines, cocktails, and beverage trends.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and talent development skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency with hospitality management systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all bar and lounge operations to ensure a seamless guest experience.
