Job summary

Four Seasons Bahrain Bay is seeking a Bar & Lounge Director to provide strategic and operational leadership for a luxury destination cocktail lounge, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and strong financial performance.

You will lead beverage program development, manage high-performing teams, and collaborate with culinary and marketing to create unique concepts while overseeing budgeting, inventory, and compliance to uphold the brand’s standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 5-8 years of progressive leadership experience in luxury hospitality, upscale nightlife, premium lounges, or fine dining beverage operations.
• Demonstrated success managing high-volume, luxury food and beverage venues.
• Extensive knowledge of spirits, wines, cocktails, beverage trends, and luxury guest expectations.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and talent development skills.
• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, P&L management, and revenue generation.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in hospitality management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee bar and lounge operations to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Develop and execute plans to increase revenue, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
• Lead and develop management and staff to maintain service excellence.
• Maintain luxury service standards and personalized guest experiences.
• Collaborate with culinary, marketing, and operations teams on concepts and events.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, labor management, and cost controls.
• Monitor inventory, purchasing controls, and stock accountability.
• Review guest feedback and implement improvement actions.
• Prepare operational and financial reports for senior leadership.
