Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5-8 years of progressive leadership experience in luxury hospitality or premium lounges.
• Extensive knowledge of spirits, wines, cocktails, and luxury guest expectations.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and talent development skills.
• Proven budgeting, forecasting, P&L management, and revenue generation.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee bar and lounge operations to provide an elevated guest experience.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance revenue, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
• Lead and develop management and staff to achieve service excellence.

• Ensure inventory management, purchasing controls, and stock accountability.
• Lead recruitment, succession planning, and training for continuous growth.
