Job summary

Four Seasons Bahrain Bay seeks a Bar & Lounge Director to lead a luxury destination cocktail lounge, delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving revenue, and guiding beverage programming.

You will recruit and develop talent, collaborate with culinary, marketing, and operations, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards while maintaining the brand's signature hospitality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality or business required.
• 5–8 years of progressive luxury F&B leadership experience.
• Experience managing high-volume luxury venues and beverage programs.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, wines and cocktails.
• Excellent communication and people leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee bar and lounge operations to deliver elevated guest experiences.
• Develop strategic plans to drive revenue and guest satisfaction.
• Lead and develop management and front-line teams for service excellence.
• Establish luxury service standards and ensure consistent guest experiences.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cost controls for the venue.
