Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations of a high-end Asian dining venue, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and financial performance. You will lead the front-of-house team, collaborate with culinary and beverage teams, and drive service excellence across all touchpoints.

The role requires 3–5 years of luxury hospitality management, strong leadership, and a focus on guest engagement and revenue optimization in a premium setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of management experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of Asian cuisine concepts and luxury dining service standards.
• Proven leadership with track record of developing high-performing teams.
• Financial awareness with experience managing labor costs and revenue objectives.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the front-of-house team to maintain service excellence.
• Ensure personalized, attentive, and professional service throughout the dining experience.
• Monitor dining room operations to maintain quality, cleanliness, and presentation.
• Collaborate with culinary and beverage teams for effective service execution.
• Recruiting, onboarding, training, and developing team members for success.
• Create and manage staff schedules in line with business levels and targets.
• Monitor reservations, seating strategies, and table management to maximize revenue.
• Support events, private dining, promotions, and seasonal activations.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and food handling regulations.
