Qualifications

• Fresh graduate with internship experience in a customer service role preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written English and Arabic communication skills.
• Able to onboard customers and resolve issues with empathy.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via live chat and phone to answer questions and resolve problems.
• Build relationships with customers from first contact and ensure a positive experience.
• Onboard customers to start their journey with Calo.
• Show empathy and coordinate with teams to resolve issues.
