Job summary

Calo Inc. is offering a one-year, full-time fellowship designed for recent graduates with limited experience. The Operations & Growth Fellow will work across multiple markets, collaborating with leaders in operations, marketing, strategy, supply, expansion, and customer experience.

You will own projects from planning to delivery, learn quickly, and contribute to business growth. You will rotate across teams during the first two weeks of each month and present outcomes on Showcase Day.

About the Role

Operations & Growth Fellow – a cross‑functional role within the Project Management Track that supports Calo’s fastest‑growing vertical.
