Job summary

ARP Digital, licensed crypto asset service provider, seeks an account management professional in Bahrain to own and grow an OTC client portfolio, serving as the main contact for trade execution, settlement and onboarding.

You will resolve issues with Operations, Compliance and Finance, track volume trends and identify opportunities to deepen trading across corridors and product lines. This role blends relationship management with SDR duties to feed fresh leads into the pipeline.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a client-facing role, relationship/account management, or sales in crypto, FX, payments, or financial services.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written) for client communications and compliance.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to regulatory and KYC-sensitive workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day relationships for an OTC client portfolio, as the first contact for trades, settlement, and onboarding issues.
• Coordinate with Operations, Compliance and Finance to resolve client issues quickly.
• Track client activity and volume trends; flag dormant or declining accounts before churn.
• Identify opportunities to grow trading volume with existing clients through new corridors, higher ticket sizes, or additional product lines.
• Maintain regular cadence of client outreach to build trust and anticipate needs.
• Act as trusted client advocate internally to protect and grow the book and keep volume sticky.
• Prepare periodic account reviews and volume/performance summaries for key clients.
• Log and maintain accurate pipeline data in CRM; hand off qualified leads for onboarding.
