Qualifikationen

• Proven track record of growing users and activity in internet/fintech sectors.
• 5+ years in growth roles, with emphasis on activation and retention.
• Experience leading data-driven campaigns and AB testing frameworks.
• Ability to monitor metrics, propose improvements, and scale results.

• Lead onboarding optimization and personalized campaigns to improve activation and FTT conversion.
• Develop lifecycle management, segmentation, and engagement programs to boost retention.
• Design referral and viral growth mechanisms for organic expansion.
• Run A/B tests and segmentation to optimize resource use.
• Collaborate across teams to execute lifecycle strategies and campaigns.
• Leverage data analysis to uncover insights and drive solutions.
• Stay informed about product features and user pain points across BU.
