Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2–5 years in client relationship management or analytical client-facing role; Employee Health & Benefits preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a client-centric mindset.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); Power BI knowledge is an advantage.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
• Bahrani nationality is required.

Responsibilities

• Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and coordinate timely resolutions.
• Analyze client data and feedback to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare and share periodic reporting on client satisfaction and account performance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations to align solutions with client needs.
• Recommend and support process improvements in relationship management and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of interactions, feedback, and actions.
• Monitor industry trends to support planning and continuous improvement.
