Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proven experience in sales/business analysis, FMCG preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and advanced formulas.
• Experience with CRM systems and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyse sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth across product categories and customer segments.
• Develop and maintain regular sales reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for senior management and the sales team.
• Monitor and evaluate sales performance against targets, providing variance analysis and commentary.
• Support the sales team with data-driven insights to optimize sales strategies and improve efficiency.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to provide a comprehensive view of the market landscape.
• Assist in the development of sales forecasts, annual budgets, and strategic planning processes.
• Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and finance to ensure alignment and cross-functional support.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all sales reporting systems.
