Job summary

We are a dynamic trading and distribution company seeking a meticulous Sales Analyst to join our team in Manama, Bahrain. The role focuses on transforming raw sales data into actionable insights to drive growth across retailers, wholesalers, and pharmacies.

You will develop dashboards and reports, monitor performance, and collaborate with marketing, supply chain and finance to align strategies. Strong Excel and CRM/data visualization skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales analysis or similar analytical role.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, formulas and data modelling.
• Experience with CRM systems and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present complex data clearly.

Responsibilities

• Analyse sales data to identify trends, patterns and growth opportunities across product categories and customer segments.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to provide a comprehensive view of the market landscape.
• Assist in the development of sales forecasts, annual budgets, and strategic planning processes.
• Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and finance departments to ensure alignment and support cross-functional initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in a sales analysis, business analysis, or a similar analytical role, preferably within the FMCG sector.
• A bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, advanced formulas, and data modelling.
• Experience with CRM systems and data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is highly advantageous.
