A multinational food company is seeking a Workforce Planning & Monitoring Specialist for its Luxembourg HQ. In this critical role, you'll prepare headcount and salary projections, manage monitoring activities, and collaborate with finance teams. Ideal candidates will have 5-7 years of experience in relevant fields and strong expertise in Excel and SAP. For our Ferrero HQ based in Luxembourg, we are currently looking for a Workforce Planning & Monitoring Specialist to join our People & Organization (HR) function.
By covering this position, you will contribute to definition, implementation, monitoring and reporting of workforce planning processes for both headcounts and salary costs, ensuring alignment with strategic guidelines, cost control, and organizational efficiency.
You will also support overhead guidelines by analyzing cost impacts of market move and carry over.
In this role, you will contribute to workforce planning by preparing headcount and salary projections, coordinating with local planners, and ensuring compliance with established guidelines and timelines.
You will also review variances between actual results and forecasts and provide explanations.
Moreover, you will manage monitoring and reporting activities, including maintaining vacancy tables, preparing estimates, and supporting executive reviews.
Collaboration with controlling teams will be part of your responsibilities to finalize presentations and reports for leadership.
You will handle salary and cost management by conducting gap analyses, preparing estimates, and supporting business cases for additional resources.
In addition, your mission will be to manage planning tools and data consistency, participate in system transitions, and ensure alignment between HR and Finance information.
You will bring your educational background in Economics, Finance and Administration with 5-7 years of experience in People & Organization or Finance departments inside an international workplace.
On top of that, you will be able to work effectively in a dynamic environment and manage tasks under pressure, while defining, sharing, and following priorities. The role requires reliability in handling confidential information, a collaborative attitude as a team player, and comfort in organizing and managing data with attention to detail and precision.
Last but not least, you will bring your strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel, SAP with your fluency in English.
