A global SaaS company is looking for an Account Executive in Belgium to lead commercial growth. The ideal candidate has over 3 years of experience in logistic sales and is fluent in Dutch and English. This role involves managing the sales cycle, building client relationships, and potentially growing to Belgium country lead. The company offers a competitive base salary with substantial commission opportunities, ongoing training, and a dynamic work culture.

Prestations

Base salary up to €90,000
€45,000 uncapped commission
6 months guaranteed bonus

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a Logistic/Supply Chain Sales role.
  • Comfortable with consultative and strategic selling approach.
  • Driven and ambitious sales professional.

Responsabilités

  • Own and manage complex sales cycles from prospecting to closing.
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities across Belgium.
  • Collaborate closely with SDRs, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
  • Conduct demos and consultative sales conversations with logistics decision-makers.
