Job summary

Yechte Consulting Ltd is seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to deliver 1st and 2nd line help desk support across phone, email and in person. You will resolve incidents, manage devices, and coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure timely service delivery.

The role requires strong Windows 10/11 and Office 365 skills, macOS proficiency, Active Directory expertise, and multilingual fluency in French, Dutch and English. A proactive, client-focused mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience required.
• Extensive experience with Windows 10/11 and Office 365.
• Strong macOS and Active Directory expertise.
• Advanced troubleshooting skills and on-site support experience.
• VIP IT support experience; ITIL knowledge is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st & 2nd line IT support by phone, email, or in person.
• Coordinate and follow up on IT service requests.
• Assist users with devices including tablets and smartphones across channels.
• Identify, track, and resolve hardware and software incidents for end users.
• Ensure workstation asset management and set up/maintain workstations.
• Prepare accurate support documentation when required.
• Contribute to workplace-related projects and improvements.
• Coordinate with external service providers to resolve issues.
• Liaise with suppliers to meet delivery standards and timelines.
• Advise on workplace and mobile architecture at a high level.
• Drive innovation and improvement projects.
