Axis Group is seeking a Workers’ Compensation Claims Manager in Belgium. You will manage workers’ compensation claims from start to finish, coordinating with policyholders, brokers, and medical experts, and ensuring timely decisions on liability and payments.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in insurance or law (or relevant experience), fluency in Dutch and good command of French, and strong Microsoft Office skills. A permanent contract with flexible work-from-home options is offered.

Responsibilities

• You will manage workers’ compensation claims from start to finish;
• You will gather all necessary information and make decisions regarding the acceptance of claims, the determination of liability, and the processing of compensation payments;

• You will work closely with colleagues at various locations and ensure smooth communication and collaboration;

Requirements

• Has completed a bachelor’s degree in insurance or law, or has relevant experience in claims management;
• Has an excellent command of the Dutch language and also has a good command of French;
• Is proficient in using Microsoft Office applications;
• Communicates in a friendly, customer-focused, and professional manner;
• Has an optimistic attitude, is flexible, and is open to change.
