Job summary

PepsiCo in Belgium seeks a Next Chapter Change Management Manager for West Europe, leading end-to-end change initiatives in the DACH markets and aligning transformation with global and regional needs.

You will partner with senior leaders to drive readiness, adoption of new ways of working, and lasting impact across processes, technology and culture within the West Europe Operating Unit.

Qualifications

• Extensive change management experience across large transformations.
• Ability to partner with senior leaders and navigate complexity.
• Strong capability in stakeholder engagement, communications and adoption.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end change management for West Europe transformations, including DACH.
• Act as trusted partner to senior leaders guiding organisational impact.
• Design and deliver activities using PEP framework: Assess, Plan, Integrate & Sustain; 5 As.
