Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Senior Strategic Supply Chain Project Manager to lead major projects in the Benelux market unit. You will partner closely with manufacturing sites and CS&L to own masterplans, drive feasibility, and secure capital investments.

Qualifications

• Graduate or Master degree
• At least 5 years of experience in Supply Chain
• Fluent in English
• Strong presentation and communication skills and ability to manage upwards
• Project Management skills (Microsoft Project proficient preferred)

Responsibilities

• Develop Strategic SC Project Masterplans with cross-functional teams
• Lead prime mover for strategic projects with high capex and high complexity
• Coordinate wider project team across MU and Sector
• Manage stakeholders and project governance (gate management)
• Ensure excellent communication strategy execution
