Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. requires a Senior Strategic Supply Chain Project Manager to drive high-capex, cross-functional programs in the Benelux market. You will partner with manufacturing sites and CS&L teams to develop masterplans and lead steercos, delivering growth, cost, quality and sustainability targets.

Qualifications include a graduate degree, 5+ years in supply chain, strong analytical and financial acumen, and fluency in English. The role is based in Nieuwpoort, Belgium with on-site work.

Qualifications

• Graduate or Master degree.
• At least 5 years of experience in Supply Chain.
• Strong analytical and problem solving to interpret data and deliver results.
• Good basic financial acumen & understanding of basic P&Ls.
• Project Management skills (Microsoft Project proficient preferred).
• Strategic thinking in being able to generate site Masterplans.
• Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues across the business.
• Able to lead cross-functional teams and agendas and build winning teams through coaching and influencing.
• Strong presentation and communication skills and ability to manage upwards.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with manufacturing sites and CS&L to own Strategic SC Project Masterplans.
• Lead prime mover for strategic projects identified on masterplans (high capex and high complexity).
• Develop project feasibility, create charters and manage gates.
• Support CTS in engineering design and CAR preparation.
• Coordinate wider project team and stakeholder management.
• Execute excellent communication strategy.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Commercialization, Sales, Marketing, Finance, CTS, Supply planning and Sustainability.
• Lead Strategic Project Steercos.
