AGO JOBS&HR is seeking a Customer Service Agent to act as the main contact for customers, workshops, and other involved parties. You will provide excellent service and ensure each case is followed up accurately and efficiently.

This part-time role emphasizes weekend shifts (08:00–21:00) and one weekday (09:00–17:30), with flexibility essential to handle multiple cases and ensure timely communication among all stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Handling incoming phone calls and customer inquiries
• Managing emails and providing clear and professional responses
• Gathering information and checking data for accuracy and completeness
• Providing first-line technical support and communicating with workshops
• Keeping customers and all relevant parties informed about the progress of their case
• Following up and monitoring agreements with all parties involved
• Managing contract-related issues within the agreed deadlines
• Managing several cases and tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of service
