Itproposal is seeking a Web Copywriter / Technical Writer (French) to join our Brussels-based digital content team. The role focuses on transforming complex information into clear, accessible content for web pages, user guides, FAQs, and more, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

You'll develop editorial guidelines, ensure accessibility, and deliver training while working in a hybrid setup with stakeholders across the business.

• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, advise on content strategy, and structure information.
• Work with webmasters, UX specialists, analysts, developers, and stakeholders.

We are looking for an experienced Web Copywriter / Technical Writer with native-level French proficiency to join a dynamic digital content team. This role is ideal for someone who excels at transforming complex information into clear, engaging, and accessible content while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Write, edit, translate, proofread, and optimize a wide range of digital content, including web pages, news articles, FAQs, user guides, surveys, alerts, and other communication materials.
• Ensure digital content complies with accessibility standards and web writing best practices.
• Design information architectures that promote intuitive navigation and an outstanding user experience.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, advise on content strategy, and structure information effectively.
• Work closely with webmasters, UX specialists, analysts, developers, and other project stakeholders.
• Develop editorial guidelines, writing standards, CMS documentation, and other reference materials.
• Create communication and presentation materials for both internal and external audiences.
• Deliver workshops and training sessions on web writing, accessibility, CMS usage, and content best practices.
• Utilize generative AI tools responsibly while critically reviewing and refining generated content.
